Return and Refund Policy

Customers have 30 days from point of purchase to return products both online and in store for a full refund. Items must be in good condition with accompanying receipt for in store purchases or with a packaging slip and/or e-mailed receipt for online orders.

 

Items sent back after the 30 day limit and/or without either a receipt for in store purchases or without a packaging slip and/or e-mailed receipt for online orders will be given a store credit to be used towards any item offered in store or online.

 

Any exchanges of already purchased items both in store and online are available for any items brought back after 30 days or without proof of purchase but must be exchanged for items of equal value.

 

Cash refunds will only be given in-store. All online refunds will be sent to a credit or debit account.

 

Any sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit at any point in time.

Here at Styled by Fringe, we like to make sure that all of our customers' most common questions are answered!

Here are some questions and answers you might have yourself:

How do I return an item?

 

You can always bring an item back to our store in person for both online and in store purchases. You can also return the item using the same packaging sent to you with a new label printed from USPS.

How do I know if the product will fit?

If you are unhappy with how a product fits after purchase, you can always send it back for a full refund. 

If you are unsure before purchasing, you can always reach out via email or phone and we would be happy to assist you with your fitting needs.

How do I pay for my order?

 

You can pay using a credit or debit card for online or in-store purchases. You can also use pay pal to purchase but only for online orders. You may use cash to purchase as well but only for in-store purchases. 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Our delivery options are through USPS. You may use standard shipping for a flat rate of $6.70 which may take 3-7 business days to arrive. You may also use expedited shipping for a flat rate of $25.40 which may take 2-4 business days to arrive.
